We hope you are 100% satisfied with your purchase(s). However if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase(s), you may Return or Exchange your unused product within 30 days of the shipping date.
You may initiate your Return or Exchange by e-mailing us at email@example.com or call customer service at (408) 569-9504. To expedite the process, please have your Invoice/Order number ready for the item(s) you would like to Return or Exchange.
Any & all product(s) that are Returned or Exchanged must include a copy of your RMA form. Without the RMA form, the processing of your Return or Exchange may be delayed. Returns & Exchanges may take up to 14 business days to process after the returned item has been received.
Requests for Returns must be received within 30 days of the order shipping date. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item. Contact customer service if you have questions or require additional assistance.
Requests for Exchanges must be received within 30 days of the order shipping date. The purchaser is responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item as well as the shipping of the replacement new item. Contact customer service if you have questions or require additional assistance. Parkour Factory cannot guarantee that the same item(s) you are exchanging will be in stock in a different size/color. If this happens, you will receive in-store credit or we can suggest another item(s) of equal or less value.
Any Returned or Exchanged item(s) that arrive in worn/used condition or that has not been returned in its original packaging, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Once your request has been approved, an RMA Form will be e-mailed to you. Unless you’ve been given other instructions, all Approved Returns & Exchanges must be sent to the address below.
